demand\u00e9e \u00e0 SUPELEC par le Pr\u00e9fet de la r\u00e9gion Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Azur concernant la ligne THT nous donne des enseignements majeurs<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/associationterredargence.fr\/?p=1593\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tierce expertise-Note compl\u00e9mentaire<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/associationterredargence.fr\/?p=1568\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tierce expertise<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">1- La solution port\u00e9e par le Collectif THT 13\/30 est jug\u00e9e pertinente sur le plan technique<br>2- Elle consid\u00e8re qu\u2019il y a une probabilit\u00e9 non nulle d\u2019un d\u00e9calage dans le temps de certains projets La capacit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau est envisag\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re \u00e9volutive dans le temps : 2026\/2030 et 2028\/2035 <br>3- Elle r\u00e9actualise le projet Midi-Provence et cite un projet similaire : GILA (Gironde Loire Atlantique \u2192 Bordeaux Nantes en sous-marin \u2022 mise en service en 2033)<br><strong>Mais:<\/strong><br>4- Elle propose une vision \u00ab techniciste \u00bb sans prise en compte des impacts d\u2019une ligne a\u00e9rienne au niveau de la biodiversit\u00e9, des terres agricoles, de nos \u00e9conomies, des paysages et du point de vue sanitaire<br>5- Elle n&rsquo;int\u00e8gre pas les co\u00fbts cach\u00e9s de la solution a\u00e9rienne RTE<br>6- Elle n\u2019int\u00e8gre pas la question de l\u2019acceptabilit\u00e9 sociale du projet au sein des
